Members of the LEAP Cohort 2
LEAP is a NECTFL program that partners with the professional associations of the thirteen states and the District of Columbia to Identify leadership opportunities and paths for educators, promote and support emerging leaders in leadership development and program impact, and connect current, emerging, and pioneering leaders through mentorship. This cohort-based program brings up to two emerging leaders from each of the NECTFL partner associations together for a 14 month program that includes in-person workshops, virtual trainings, and state leader meetings.
LEAP Cohort members are nominated by the state or district organization, receive free registration for the Annual Conference during their cohort period, and develop into world language teacher-leaders, advocates, and standouts in the profession.
NECTFL expresses its gratitude to Klett World Languages for its ongoing support of the LEAP Program.
