2021 Sponsorship Opportunities

We are able to put on a great conference only with the help and support of our loyal sponsors, and we are truly grateful to for your support.

All sponsors will receive:

  • Recognition in our conference program and/or app as a conference sponsor
  • Recognition in our conference program and/or app for the specific event sponsored
  • Recognition at the virtual event sponsored
  • Two extra scheduled “Meet-ups” listed in the conference program

Note: Your company must first register for a virtual booth before adding a sponsorship.


2021 Sponsorship Opportunities:

Awards Ceremony and Chair’s Reception, April 26, 7–8:00 p.m. $5,000 

This special event is open to award winners, their guests, state leaders, past chairs, and to some of the most connected people in the profession. You will be thanked publicly and introduced at the awards ceremony and will be able to mingle (virtually) with our award winners and guests after the ceremony.

Mentor Scholarship Program (15 Awards) $4,500

The NECTFL Mentor Scholarship program allows for up to 25 full scholarships to new teachers and 25 stipends to veteran/mentor teachers, who are partnered with the new teachers. This is a very powerful way to positively impact our profession. This sponsorship includes the opportunity to address scholarship winners and their mentors at their debrief meeting on Saturday, May 1, 3:30–4:30 p.m. This partial sponsorship covers 15 of the 25 total scholarships and stipends.

Mentor Scholarship Program (10 Awards) $3,000

The NECTFL Mentor Scholarship program allows for up to 25 full scholarships to new teachers and 25 stipends to veteran/mentor teachers, who are partnered with the new teachers. This sponsorship includes the opportunity to address scholarship winners and their mentors at their debrief meeting on Saturday, May 1, 3:30–4:30 p.m. This partial sponsorship covers 10 of the 25 total scholarships and stipends.

Live-Streamed Session Sponsor – FULL DAY $3000 (Three available)

As a full-day live-streamed session sponsor, we will thank you and mention your website at the beginning and end of all twelve live-streamed session on one of three days: April 24, April 25 or May 1. Your company will be designate in our app as a conference sponsor and will be noted on EACH individual session in the app as its sponsor.

Keynote Speaker and General Session – $2000 [TAKEN]

The keynote speech and general session is the one live-streamed event that will be open to all attendees. The sponsor of this event will receive a special thank you at the beginning and end of the hour and will also have a two-minute opportunity to address our attendees.

Mead Leadership Program $1,000 

NECTFL works hard to encourage identification and mentoring of fresh, new leadership and talent in our profession, partnering with the state associations to do so. Up to five promising individuals are brought to the conference where they participate fully and start work with assigned mentors. These emerging leaders will remember your contribution to their “start” on the road to leadership! This sponsorship includes the opportunity to meet with the Mead fellow cohort and their mentors at their meeting on Sunday, April 25, 8:30–9:30 a.m.

Conference Sponsor $1,000

Your company will be listed as a conference sponsor with a special thank you for your sponsorship!

Live-Streamed Session Sponsor $800

As a live-streamed session sponsor, we will thank you and mention your website at the beginning and end of up-to FOUR of our live-streamed sessions. The live-streamed sessions you sponsor will be assigned from among the afternoon/evening sessions on Monday–Friday of the conference week. Your company will be designate in our app as a conference sponsor and will be noted on EACH individual session in the app as its sponsor.

Advisory Council Meeting and Virtual Reception (April 27, 7–8:00 P.M.) $500

The Advisory Council is NECTFL’s part of NECTFL’s governing structure. Members represent schools, universities, and professional associations in our region and from around the country. Normally this meeting would involve a lunch at the Hilton, but since we’ll be virtual, we’ll follow our meeting with a Zoom reception. Your company reps may attend and address our Advisory Council members.

State Leaders Meeting (April 28, 7–8:00 p.m.) $500

Each year, the leaders of our fourteen state associations (Maine to Virginia) get together to discuss issues, share ideas, and plan future endeavors. The NECTFL board of directors is also included to meet, greet, and network with state leaders. The sponsor of this event will have the opportunity to address the group. These individuals know the value of a sponsorship and have significant influence in their states and in planning state-level conferences.

NADSFL/NCSSFL Breakfast Meeting (April 25, 8:30–9:30 a.m.) $500

In this meeting, district and state supervisors for world languages meet to discuss current issues and updates in the profession. NADSFL members, the decision-makers in their districts, often go on to other leadership positions overseeing a broad range of purchases, services, and products. As the sponsor, you will have a chance to make a brief presentation and address the group.

Chair’s Welcome Reception (Thursday, April 22, 8–9:00 p.m.) $500

This conference kick-off reception is the function to sponsor. Invitations go out to approximately 150 top regional and national movers and shakers in our profession. This year we will be on Zoom, but the same vibrant crowd will be in attendance. The sponsor of this event will have a chance to address the group.
