2022 Sponsorship Opportunities

We are able to put on a great conference only with the help and support of our loyal sponsors, and we are truly grateful to for your support.

All sponsors will receive:

  • Recognition in our conference program and/or app as a conference sponsor
  • Recognition in our conference program and/or app for the specific event sponsored
  • Recognition at the event sponsored with an opportunity to speak briefly

Note: Sponsorships are only available to registered exhibitors. Please register first before selecting a sponsorship.


Sponsorship Options:

(All options include a listing as a sponsor in the conference app and a mention at our general session.)

Exhibit Hall Coffee Break (sponsor Friday or Saturday – three breaks each day) [$5,000]

Well-caffeinated attendees are happy attendees who spend more time in the exhibit hall. Help us cover the cost of our coffee breaks and we’ll be sure everyone knows who treated them to their morning Joe!

Awards Ceremony and Chair’s Reception, Friday evening, February 11 [$5,000]

This special event is open to award winners, their guests, state leaders, past chairs, and to some of the most connected people in the profession. You will be thanked publicly and introduced at the awards ceremony and will be able to mingle with our award winners and guests after the ceremony.

Mentor Scholarship Program (15 Awards) [$4,500]

The NECTFL Mentor Scholarship program provides full scholarships to new teachers and stipends to veteran/mentor teachers, who are partnered with the new teachers. This is a very powerful way to positively impact our profession. This sponsorship includes the opportunity to address scholarship winners and their mentors at their debrief meeting on Saturday, February 12. This partial sponsorship covers 15 of the total number of scholarships and stipends.

Mentor Scholarship Program (10 Awards) [$3,000]

The NECTFL Mentor Scholarship program provides full scholarships to new teachers and stipends to veteran/mentor teachers, who are partnered with the new teachers. This is a very powerful way to positively impact our profession. This sponsorship includes the opportunity to address scholarship winners and their mentors at their debrief meeting on Saturday, February 12. This partial sponsorship covers 10 of the total number of scholarships and stipends.

Keynote Speaker and General Session [$3,000] *Taken*

The General session with our keynote speech is the one event that is open to all attendees. The sponsor of this event will receive a special thank you at the beginning and end of the hour and will also have a two-minute opportunity to address our attendees.

Name Badge Holders [$3,000] *Taken*

Every attendee must wear a name badge, and with a name badge sponsorship, your company’s name/logo will be on our badge holder (pouch style), around every attendee’s neck!

Advisory Council Meeting and Luncheon (Saturday, February 12) [$3,000]

The Advisory Council is part of NECTFL’s governing structure. Members represent schools, universities, and professional associations in our region and from around the country. Your company rep may attend and address our Advisory Council members.

NADSFL/NCSSFL Breakfast Meeting (Friday morning, February 11) [$3,000] *Taken*

In this meeting, district and state supervisors for world languages meet to discuss current issues and updates in the profession. NADSFL and NCSSFL members, the decision-makers in their districts and states, often go on to other leadership positions overseeing a broad range of purchases, services, and products. As the sponsor, you will have a chance to make a brief presentation to the group.

State Leaders Meeting (Thursday afternoon, February 10) [$2000]

Each year, the leaders of our fourteen state associations (Maine to Virginia) get together to discuss issues, share ideas, and plan future endeavors. NECTFL board members are also included to meet, greet, and network with state leaders. The sponsor of this event will have the opportunity to address the group. These individuals know the value of a sponsorship and have significant influence in their states and in planning state-level conferences.

Chair’s Welcome Reception (Thursday evening, February 10) [$1000] *Taken*

This conference kick-off reception is the function to sponsor. Invitations go out to approximately 150 top regional and national movers and shakers in our profession. Your sponsorship helps provide tasty treats and libations to our guests. The sponsor of this event will have the opportunity to address the group.

Mead Leadership Program [$1,000]

NECTFL works hard to identify and mentor fresh, new leadership and talent in our profession, partnering with the state associations to do so. Up to three promising individuals are brought to the conference where they participate fully and meet with their mentors. These emerging leaders will remember your contribution to their “start” on the road to leadership! This sponsorship includes the opportunity to meet with the Mead fellow cohort and their mentors at their meeting on Friday morning, February 11.
